Currently the payment methods available in Skitty Beauty and Wellness include:

• Remittance (Western Union/Cebuana/MLhuiller/Palawan/MoneyGram)

Paying with a Credit/Debit Card
Use our shopping cart and pay via your credit card for a hassle free transaction. Our website is powered by PesoPay, one of the leading payment gateways in the Philippines. It is safe, secure and simple. No confusing registration needed. Pay using your Visa or MasterCard easily and securely.

Credit Card Payment Policy
Skitty Beauty and Wellness will do its best to protect the interests of credit card and online payment account owners. For customers who pay via credit card, we ship to confirmed account credit card owners only. Buyers with verifiable credit records can choose alternative shipping addresses.

We will ship your order after 2-3 banking days upon confirmation of payment.

Credit Verification
Buyers paying with a credit card that fail the Payer Authentication Test made by PesoPay may be requested to provide photocopies of recent credit card statements (or a picture of the actual credit card) and a photo of an ID card to prove the billing address and his/her identity before the order can be processed. Such verification will be done only once for each new credit card that fails one of tests.

If Skitty Beauty and Wellness is unable to verify the buyer’s identity or the shipping address, the order will be automatically cancelled after a few working days and the payment will be fully refunded via the original form of payment.

Bank to Bank Wire Transfer/Direct Bank Deposit
You’ll get a confirmation email together with the shipping details of your item.

After sending the payment, please email us the picture of your official deposit slip. We will immediately process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after we’ve successfully received your payment.

Western Union/MoneyGram/ML/Cebuana/Palawan
You’ll get a confirmation email together with the shipping details of your item.

After sending the payment, please email/sms us the picture of your official transaction slip. We will immediately process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after we’ve successfully received your payment.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Item Availability
A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “In Stock” or “Out of Stock”. Most items on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date.

Shipping Methods/Costs/Delivery Period:
All orders will be processed 1-2 days after confirmation of payment.
For Philippine orders, we will send your orders via JRS. It will take 1 to 2 business days for delivery to Metro Manila and 1 to 3 business days for provincial orders. (As per JRS delivery, lead time may be affected by the following: delivery volume, heavy traffic, weather conditions and transport availability)
We only ship Philippine orders via LBC if the location of the customer is not covered by JRS delivery.

Orders from any part of the Philippines are shipped via JRS delivery after the payment has been credited to our PesoPay account, Bank Account or has been successfully claimed in any remittance center.

Note: Our daily cut-off is 2:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays and 1:00 PM for Saturdays. Order details and payments received after the said cut-off will be shipped the next day. Orders received on Sundays will be sent on Monday. Tracking numbers of the JRS package will be sent via email by 6:00 PM.

For international orders, we only ship items via Express Mail Service (EMS).
We ship virtually to any country in the world.
Note: There are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you directly ASAP.

Delivery time will generally take from 7-10 business days after the shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparing the order for shipping and shipping time, is typically 10-15 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date.

Note: We do not ship orders on Sundays. Any order placed on a Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout. Rates vary based on the total weight and country of destination.
You will receive a tracking number of your shipment when your item has been shipped, you can check its current status and location online.

Customs Clearance, Import Duties, and VAT
Please be advised that Skitty Beauty and Wellness is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office thoroughly, and inquire about import regulations before placing your order. We will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

All duties and taxes levied are the buyer’s responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer’s government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.

Skitty Beauty and Wellness shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is out of our control.

Certification
Each country has its own certification requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product.

Skitty Beauty and Wellness strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the Philippines or abroad.
